This page explains what information One Two Dispatch collects through onetwodispatch.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send the application form, we receive what you type into it:
- your name
- your phone number
- your USDOT number
If you call or message us, we also have whatever you share with us in that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you about our dispatch service and, if you become a client, to work with you. We look up your USDOT number in the public FMCSA record to see your company details.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who sees it
Your application is delivered to our team as a message in Telegram. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the form on our behalf and, like any hosting provider, handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Nobody else receives your application.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for as long as we are in contact with you or working together. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
